1. About this policy
This Privacy Policy applies to END TO END OPERATIONS PTY LTD (ABN 19 687 417 367, ACN 687 417 367), which operates the EndToEnd Services website and business (“EndToEnd Services”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
We are committed to handling personal information responsibly. Where the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles apply to us, we will comply with those requirements. We also aim to follow sound privacy practices where a particular legal requirement does not apply.
2. Personal information we may collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- your name, business name, role, email address and telephone number;
- information you provide through an enquiry, consultation or proposal request;
- billing, invoicing and transaction information, but not complete payment-card details unless expressly required;
- client account contacts, authorised users, service instructions and correspondence;
- website project information, content, domain and hosting details, analytics property information and authorised website access;
- store, catalogue, order, fulfilment, customer-service and account health information that a client authorises us to access;
- technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages and website activity when relevant website tools are enabled; and
- any other information reasonably necessary to provide an agreed service or comply with law.
Please do not send sensitive personal information, passwords, payment card details or identity documents through the general website enquiry form.
3. How we collect information
We may collect information:
- directly from you through our website, email or telephone;
- from a client that authorises us to manage part of its eCommerce operation;
- through permission-based access to Amazon, eBay, Shopify or another agreed platform;
- from professional advisers and service providers where lawful; and
- automatically through cookies, logs or analytics tools when they are enabled.
4. Why we collect and use information
We may use personal information to:
- respond to enquiries and arrange consultations;
- prepare proposals and enter into service agreements;
- provide and administer agreed eCommerce services;
- design, develop, host, maintain or improve websites and digital content as agreed;
- configure SEO, Google Search Console, analytics, conversion tracking and approved digital integrations;
- manage authorised platform access, orders, customer support, fulfilment and account-health tasks;
- issue invoices and maintain business records;
- protect our clients, systems and business from misuse or fraud;
- improve our website and services;
- comply with legal, tax and regulatory requirements; and
- send marketing only where we have appropriate consent or another lawful basis.
5. Client store and customer information
When a client authorises us to access its online store, the client remains responsible for deciding why customer and order information is collected. We handle that information only to provide the agreed services, follow the client’s lawful instructions, support platform operations and meet applicable legal obligations.
We use platform user roles, staff accounts or collaborator access where available. Clients should not send their primary store password through email or the website enquiry form.
6. When information may be disclosed
We may disclose personal information to:
- our authorised employees in Australia who need it to perform their duties;
- hosting, email, security, accounting, professional and technology providers used to operate the business;
- Amazon, eBay, Shopify or another platform where this is necessary for the client’s authorised service;
- Google or another analytics, search, hosting, domain, website, integration or technology provider used for an approved client service;
- regulators, courts, law-enforcement agencies or other parties where required or authorised by law; and
- another party with your consent.
We do not sell personal information. We do not currently use subcontractors to access client stores or customer information.
7. Overseas processing
Our employees access client information from Australia only. However, some eCommerce platforms, hosting providers and technology services operate global infrastructure and may store or process information outside Australia under their own privacy arrangements. Where applicable, we take reasonable steps to select appropriate providers and protect information handled through them.
9. Direct marketing
Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. If you separately consent to marketing, you may withdraw that consent at any time using the unsubscribe option in the message or by contacting us.
10. Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical and access controls designed to protect information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Website enquiries are transmitted through a specialist email-delivery provider and delivered to our business mailbox. That provider may process limited enquiry and delivery information using infrastructure outside Australia under its own privacy and security arrangements.
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably required for the purpose collected, an ongoing business need or a legal, accounting or dispute requirement. Information that is no longer required is deleted or de-identified where reasonably practicable.
11. Access and correction
You may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you. We may need to verify your identity and may refuse access where permitted by law. If access is refused, we will explain the reason where required.
12. Privacy enquiries and complaints
To make a privacy enquiry, request access or correction, or submit a complaint, email info@endtoendservices.com.au. Please provide enough information for us to understand and investigate the matter.
We will acknowledge and respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied and the Privacy Act applies, you may be able to contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices, technology or legal obligations change. The current version and last-updated date will be published on this page.
